Jordan is devoted to skillfully serving his clients at the highest level and making sure they know how much they are appreciated through his numerous client appreciation programs. Utilizing his extensive marketing plan, he is able to consistently sell his clients’ homes for top dollar in the shortest amount of time, regardless of market conditions. Jordan spends extensive time consulting buyers on the home buying process in order to both familiarize and educate them on this process. This approach allows the buyer to understand all the up-front expenses associated with purchasing a home, the current market conditions and the best way to position their offer.

Purchasing his first home at the age of 19, he grew passionate about real estate investing and the power of home ownership. This passion and skill, combined with over 10 years of prior management experience is what lead to Jordan into the property management side of real estate. Together with his team, Jordan manages over 40 properties in Northeast Florida. Additionally, Jordan currently serves as the treasurer on the Board of Directors at Mandarin Pointe Condominiums, where both he and his wife Ana (Transaction Coordinator and Realtor for The Hayward Team) own multiple investment properties since 2007.

When not selling real estate, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife Ana, their daughter Sophia and their Lagotto Romagnolo, Stella. Having a young daughter keeps him busy attending extracurricular activities like Soccer, Tennis and Ballet recitals. When not at work, you can find him and his family exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia or enjoying the ocean breeze somewhere tropical.
